Summary :

We are seeking a proactive and passionate Associate Product Manager to join our growing team in Root Pay. The ideal candidate will require knowledge of identifying product use cases, define product specifications, and evaluating business opportunities for future-state capabilities. In this role, you will collaborate closely with senior product leaders, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to drive product initiatives from conception to launch.

Responsibility :

• Market & User Research:
  • Conduct competitor / stakeholder analysis to identify market trends and use cases.
  • Engage with users/clients to gather feedback and understand their pain points and needs.
• Product Development & testing:
  • Assist in the development and refinement of product specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, prioritize features and conduct pre-launch / post-launch testing.
• Product Documentation & Maintenance:
  • Oversee and ensure consistency in product-related documentation, including user guides, website content, and pitching decks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create, update, and disseminate both internal and external product materials, ensuring alignment with product vision and features.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Work closely with BD, marketing, and other leadership to ensure product-market fit and alignment.
  • Monitor product updates and performance data to internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Continuous Learning:
  • Stay updated with the latest fintech and web3 trends, technologies, and best practices.
